Is There A Heaven, A Real Life-After-Death?

How many people of faith have asked, or at least thought to themselves, is there really a Heaven? Is it based on a true story, or is it all made up? Maybe it’s natural to sometimes have questions and doubt. If you are someone who has been interested in the near death experience for any length of time, this year is a pretty significant time in the mainstream evolution of this timeless spiritual idea. After all, we as humans have a limited capacity to grasp and accept unquestionably what we’re unable to see; we need concrete proof. Colton Burpo, a 4 year old midwestern boy who has an incredible near death experience on an operating room table, and comes “back” to detail and document everything he saw when he was in heaven. How is it possible, if we give the matter serious consideration, to imagine God knowing what is happening throughout an entire world. Of course, what many people don’t know is that there are thousands of cases of children who have near death experiences.

Heaven is mentioned in the Old Testament and the New Testament, but I don’t get a sense from those readings proof of Heaven really might be like. For us, Heaven is in our hearts. That is for basically all of us, whether we are Christian or not. One of the truly great blessings of life is the anticipation of life’s end – that is, if we have a positive hope for eternal life. Heaven may wait as it appears through our eyes-of-time, but it comes nonetheless. Science holds the reality of existence and religion view of God act an empty statement void of fact. So until we do come to know the story fact, after the spirit of truth has come, we have our visions about heaven.

 

 

Understanding The Agape love of God

God wants us to love Him, we do not know why but if we say we are Christian we have to obey. At first when we look at the first commandment it seems that God is asking us too much. When you are not born again, this commandment sound to you like God is a little bit full of Himself. A lot of us do not dispute God, but we try in our own way to come to terms with His demands by agreeing with Him. When we are born again, God gives us spiritual understanding.  We look out for number one. But, as we grow in Him, we learn to love Him and we are able to take the focus off ourselves.Once we increase in Him and live life filled with the Holy Spirit, all of us know that Agape love that floods our heart is really highly effective because Agape love is literally out of this world.

Agape love is literally out of this world. It is almost inexplicable. The presence of Agape love of God in your heart, acts like all other human feelings disappear, they are not suppressed, but they are not there. It is a powerful love that allows you to look into your enemy’s eyes. In sharing His divine nature we are endowed with this Agape love, so we learn to serve, love and live with His love in our heart as an extension of who we are. As we exercise this Agape love more and more, God helps us to balance it out.  Casing point, Our god adores all people, actually the most great persons you can find with this planet,  He supplies these individuals, but however He is not really going to bargain who He is in His Holiness and also give up the reality. Without His agape love in our heart, we have nothing and we are nothing.

In a single sense it is true that each Christian is a missionary for the reason that all are commanded by God to be a witness from the salvation which comes through Jesus Christ. As in a number of other Christian disciplines, Jesus Himself is the greatest example of how to do missions in our own day. First, he created the world, but Jesus had not lived in it. Hes relocated from a secure devote his Kingdom to some foreign place he had only known from afar. He chose to incarnate, to be born as a baby and live where we live, eat the food we eat and wear what we wear. Jesus had known us but he didn’t know what it was like to reside in the human context. He walked with the people where they walked. Jesus went to the people and sat with them within their imperfect lives.

He rubbed shoulders with them and engaged them within their cultural context. He didn’t only take notice of the people from a distance; he got down and dirty together. Jesus taught as many as would pay attention to him. Then he decided on a small few to mentor within the methods for God. From time to time, Jesus gave them assignments to rehearse and apply the teachings he taught them. He did not simply teach them, he showed his disciples what it intended to be his follower along with an associated with God on earth. It doesn’t mean that Jesus attempted to be a total look alike; he simply was fully human only without the sin. Finally, Jesus sacrificed himself for the ministry. He completely spent himself that others may have an unhindered relationship with the One and Only Living God.

It’s easy to find God through his word

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself:  How did all living things start to be here on this Earth? When God created the earth it was accomplished by his spoken word. Finding God may be easier than you think. One secret that I learned in my teenage years is the way to find God is through his word. God is using His written word to transform peoples’ lives from the inside out. From time to time things do not happen like we hope , although I have regarded a great number of people that prayed , had tremendous faith, and believed from inside heart. For example, you may not receive the promotion you deserve, but fear not because God will direct you to an even better job. That means that if you go along in life and mind your own business and never do anything about God, you will stay in that state of condemnation. We must acknowledge that sometimes you just will not receive what you want, may not receive anything better, and that is the end of it.

Having one hundred percent faith does not mean you will receive what you want or something better one hundred percent of the time. Others contend that you should not be disappointed if you do not get what you desire, because God will provide you with something even better.  When you ask God to prove to you that he is God, know in your mind that he will do what you ask of him and look for the answer.  You can question what God’s invisibility reveals about His nature, but that does not mean He does not exist. The proof will come to your satisfaction if you patiently wait and keep looking. Remember without faith it is impossible to please God. Don’t be afraid to ask God for help. Many times God will put you in those tough times with no one left to turn to so that you will finally turn to God.

1. Lift Heavy Weights

Plenty of women make their way into the weight room now and again, but most are afraid that they’ll get “bulky” if they lift too heavy. That’s nonsense! Not only will you not get “too big” by lifting challenging weights – you’ll actually look better.

They make your blood sugar levels skyrocket, which in turn causes your body to secrete tons of insulin – a hormone which actually makes your body store even more fat. If you’re trying to get lean, ditch most of your carbs and eat plenty of olive oil, avocados, nuts, and even some red meat.

3. Ease Up on the Cardio

If you’re going to start lifting heavy weights (which you should!), then you’re also going to need to ease up on all of that cardio you’re probably doing. Slaving away on a treadmill or elliptical is simply not necessary, and it eats up way too much of your time. It’s great to do a few short sessions per week for your cardiovascular health, but hours upon hours of monotonous movement aren’t going to help you lose fat.

However, there is a much better type of cardio for optimal fat loss: interval training! On a track, treadmill, elliptical, or exercise bike, simply alternate short bursts of all-out sprinting with longer bouts of active rest. For example, you might do eight rounds of fifteen-second sprints and forty-five second “jogs” on an elliptical machine. The whole thing will be over in under ten minutes, but the intensity of the workout will cause your body to burn more fat all day long.

4. Don’t Under-eat

One of the worst things you can do in fitness programs for women is to eat too little. Your body is an adaptive machine, and it will respond to severe calorie restriction by slowing its metabolism way down. Have you ever noticed how lethargic, tired, and cold you get when you don’t eat enough? Those are sure signs that your body is burning less fuel!

That’s not to say that you shouldn’t cut calories at all – your body does need a reason to use its fat stores for energy instead of your food. The key is to eat just little enough that you can burn fat while avoiding hunger. Focus first on the right food choices, and then start counting calories if you truly need to.
