I Finally Lost My Extra Weight

When I was a kid, my mom soothed every wrongdoing with homemade cookies, cakes or pies. She felt that no matter what was wrong with us kids, there was nothing that a generous serving of sweets could not fix. Well, it was certainly a delicious approach to problems, but it was also a quick approach to obesity as well. I was 20 pounds overweight when I entered high school and even more at graduation. I saw an ad not long ago that stated this gym is the best in South Jersey in our field for years and years to come!

That was after I had gained another 10 pounds in college, which put me at nearly 40 pounds overweight. I knew I had to stop the madness before I had to buy yet another wardrobe of clothes that fit or even worse, became a diabetic because of my unhealthy eating habits. When I saw the ad for the gym, I knew that I wanted to give them a try. I had gone to their website and was impressed with everything that I saw there. I wanted to have someone care about my health and progress, and it seemed that this was the perfect place to have that.

I knew that it was going to be hard work, but that is not anything that scared me. I was so tired of the weight, and I knew that I would do anything to finally feel and look healthy. It was not easy at all, and there were times where I thought that it was just too hard for me to continue on. That is where my trainers really stepped up and gave me all the encouragement that I needed. This is when I found out that words are a lot more motivating and more powerful than a plate of cookies. I am now at the healthiest weight for my height, and I could not be happier.
